Invoyso (“Invoyso,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, business, and device information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, and safeguard your information when you use the Invoyso – Enterprise ERP mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using Invoyso, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
Invoyso requests device permissions only to enable user-requested ERP features. We do not access sensitive permissions in the background for surveillance or unauthorized tracking.
Used only when the user actively initiates voice billing, speech-to-text invoice generation, or voice search. Audio is not continuously recorded, stored, or shared without user action.
Used only when the user actively chooses barcode scanning, product image capture, or document scanning. Camera access is never used in the background.
Used only for saving PDF invoices, exporting or importing backups, uploading product images, and sharing invoices or reports.
Used exclusively for connecting to thermal printers and wireless billing hardware. Bluetooth is not used for location tracking.
Fingerprint or Face ID is used solely for local device authentication. Biometric information is processed by your device OS and is never stored on Invoyso servers.
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
Your ERP data may be stored locally on your device using encrypted or protected databases.
If cloud sync is enabled, your data may be securely stored on third-party cloud platforms such as Firebase.
While we strive to protect your data, no electronic transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
If Invoyso uses Google AdMob or similar advertising platforms, ads may be personalized or non-personalized, and advertising providers may use device identifiers according to their privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data.
We retain data only as long as necessary for providing services, legal compliance, security, and backup restoration.
Users can request deletion by using Settings > Account > Delete Account or emailing support@invoyso.com.
Invoyso is intended for business and professional users and is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries where our technology providers operate.
By using Invoyso, you consent to data collection, data processing, permission-based functionality, and secure cloud storage where enabled.
