2. Sensitive Permissions and Device Access

Invoyso requests device permissions only to enable user-requested ERP features. We do not access sensitive permissions in the background for surveillance or unauthorized tracking.

Microphone Permission (RECORD_AUDIO)

Used only when the user actively initiates voice billing, speech-to-text invoice generation, or voice search. Audio is not continuously recorded, stored, or shared without user action.

Camera Permission

Used only when the user actively chooses barcode scanning, product image capture, or document scanning. Camera access is never used in the background.

Photos / Media / Files Access

Used only for saving PDF invoices, exporting or importing backups, uploading product images, and sharing invoices or reports.

Bluetooth Permission

Used exclusively for connecting to thermal printers and wireless billing hardware. Bluetooth is not used for location tracking.

Biometric Authentication

Fingerprint or Face ID is used solely for local device authentication. Biometric information is processed by your device OS and is never stored on Invoyso servers.
